According to this statement, we want to inform you that Legal Assist has made sure that throughout our business operations, there is no element of slavery and human trafficking involved.

Our Business

Legal Assist is a claims management company that helps people with their legal battles. We support a nationwide panel of law firms that are experienced in their legal expertise. Whatever legal problems people have in the UK, we make sure that they are connected to the right solicitor who can resolve their legal issues.

Further Steps

Although the areas that Legal Assist operates in are far from any risk of modern slavery, we will still continue to evaluate our business every year making sure that we are intact with our beliefs and standards against slavery and human trafficking.

Legal Assist is a trading style of Apollo Claims Ltd and we do not give legal advice. You do not need to use a claims management company to make a claim. You have the right to use the relevant Ombudsman to seek redress for free. More information on your particular Ombudsman can be found on our Terms & Conditions. You can also seek legal advice elsewhere.

The No Win No Fee Success Fee is based on which expert panel member we refer you to and is payable to them. Our panel currently consists of a number of law firms, which can also be found on our Terms & Conditions. The No Win, No Fee varies, but is generally between 25%- 50%+VAT. Fees will always be agreed with your solicitors firm upfront.

There may be a termination fee if you cancel your claim with a panel member after the cooling-off period. We are paid a recommendation fee by our panel members for a successful introduction. We will not charge you for our service.
